Product Delivery
The following product collection/delivery methods are available in our online store at www.lymowbaltics.com:

Collection from the Seller’s premises
You may collect your ordered goods from the Seller’s premises located at Baldininkų g. 19, Karmėlava, Kaunas District, LT-54448, Lithuania. Goods may only be collected by the person who placed the order or by a person specified at the time the order was placed. When collecting the goods, you must present the order confirmation and a valid identification document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) to the Seller’s representative.

Delivery via Venipak or other couriers selected by the Seller
The standard delivery time is 1–5 business days. Venipak or another courier selected by the Seller will deliver the goods to the address specified in your order. Please provide an accurate delivery address, postal code, and contact phone number when placing your order so that the courier can contact you if necessary. Delivery charges are applied according to the rates and procedures specified in the online store.

Products not currently in stock
If the product you order is not currently in stock (marked as “Available on Order” or “Out of Stock”), delivery may take longer than 3 weeks. For more precise delivery estimates for such products, please contact the Seller by email.
